Courtney Ryburn is the Director of Operations at Fortress Energy and joined the company as its fifth employee in October 2017.

In addition to facilitating day-to-day internal operations, Courtney oversees the accounting department and manages bookkeeping, financial transactions, fund management along with investor relations.

Prior to her time with Fortress, Courtney owned and operated a small business for nine years.

Courtney is a Midland native who earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in 2009. She is involved in her church and enjoys traveling as well as spending time with her family and friends.
